Is the functional work microwave/dishwasher safe?

Yep, sure is! However, we are pottery purists and abide by the ole, “if you hand wash your pottery, it is guaranteed to last longer!” Dishwashers are abrasive and evil to all pottery; including your mom’s china, and the plates you bought from Target. But you know, you do you kudu. Microwaves are totally fine; but who wants to subject anything to nuclear radio waves?

Do the planters have drainage holes?

Yep, they sure do! Our resident Wilder Plant Lady would never sell anyone anything without drainage for their plant babies! Plus, if you buy a planter, you get lifetime access to said Plant Lady’s knowledge and by proxy, green thumb. Handmade water catching trays that are also available!

My piece broke. Do you offer replacements?

With the proper care and attention, everything we make should last a lifetime. We stand by that. If your piece breaks in the mail, contact us immediately and we will absolutely work something out. If your piece breaks because of any other reason… well, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

How do I get a piece that’s sold out?

Everything we make is one of a kind. But we can always figure something out! First, follow us on Instagram. We post regular updates there. Second, sign up for our mailing list. We’ll send out an email prior to all shop updates. Third, contact us directly! We’ll do what we can to make all your dreams come true.

What if I have a specific idea, or a rather nebulous idea, and want one of you to make something for me?

We love ideas! Bring us your ideas! We’re happy to collaborate and come up with something fantastic!

When will you do another shop update, and why can’t I order ceramic objects?

Until we have our own dedicated studio space, what we can make and how long it takes to make it will be dictated by our current circumstances. Our advice is to grab available pieces when you can, because we never know when the next shop update may be!
